When using COLUMNSTATICS() function in Power BI, it should be in a calculated virtual table, not as a physically calculated table directly. See: New DAX Function COLUMNSTATISTICS – Overview

We get the following reply from the product group. Please manually set the width of header.
Width is defined separately for each column header. As a workaround, you can manually change the width of "Category". When it changes back to "Category", that width will be remembered.

You can try to go back to the previous version , MySQL server v8.0.16 and connector v8.0.16 . I found a similar problem, which was solved by restoring the old version, you can refer to it.
