MobilePortrait layout format ? Can you explain it in detail ? How did you embed the report ? Before you embed the report , when you click on the button Last Week , is there a transparent button over the background image ?

The “Sequence contains no elements” error typically occurs when a sequence or collection that is expected to have at least one element is found to be empty. This could be due to a variety of reasons, and it’s often specific to the data or the operations being performed.

Here are a few potential causes and solutions:

1.Check if there are any issues with the data in your QA environment. This could include missing data, incorrect data types, or other inconsistencies that might cause the sequence to be empty.

2.There might be an issue with the query being used to retrieve the data. If the query is not returning any results, it could lead to this error. You might want to review your query and ensure it’s correctly formulated.

we had a user that reported a workaround by refreshing table by table in the model to identify which table was causing the issue. Then they went to Power Query Editor and created another query same as the trouble query, but from scratch. They deleted the one that was causing the issue, named new one exactly the same, and just joined it in the model as the old one was joined.

So you are getting this error while installing PBI Desktop? Have you checked that your installation environment meets the requirements of PBI Desktop?

Hi  @AdinCausevic ,

 

Based on the error message,

Do you set the values of Minimum Query Results Size for HTAPI and Ratio of Results to Rows Per Block when you enable the High-Troughput API? If not, please set them equal to the default values and try again.

If it doesn’t work, please read Quotas & limits of BigQuery, especially the Maximum number of table operations per day is 1,000.

Hi @FHilaire ,

By my research, modern visual tooltip seems aims at data point drill actions and updated styling. What you showed in the first image is a visual header tooltip. By my test, it seems there's a border after turning on the modern visual tooltip, but I'm not quite clear how can you add a blank board in the text.

Is the visual rendered fine in report but failed in app? If so, update the app in the upper right coner of the workspace. If not, check if it works fine in Desktop Power Query, fix the error and republish the report.

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Based on the screenshot you provided, the report appears to be in the Power BI app.

The workspace is your staging area, so your changes aren't live in the app until you publish again. This lets you make changes without affecting the published apps.

 

You may select Update app in the Workspace content view.

If you log in using browser anonymous mode (or don't tick the remember password for this account option) and then try to log out is this still an issue?

I'm not clear where you can't sign in, Desktop or Service? 

If you can't signin in Desktop, there may be many scenarios.

1. Error: Sign in failed because your network requires proxy authentication.

Workaroud: Adding the following domains to the allowlist on the proxy authentication server:

  • app.powerbi.com
  • api.powerbi.com
  • domains in the *.analysis.windows.net namespace

2. Error: non_https_redirect_failed

Workaroud: One or more redirect pages or providers in the redirect chain is not an HTTPS protected endpoint.

contact your administrator and request that secured URLs be used for their authentication sites.

 

If you can't signin in Service,please confirm you have subscribe a Power BI license. In admin center>Billing>Your products.
