having issues with BI Power Pro Trial

Due to some OWA issues, user was deleted and recreated but now the trial doesnt seem to allowed on that email address. Can this be fixed?

Hi @sumo,

 

After the user sign up Power BI and log in Power BI service, please go to the gear icon and selecting Manage personal storage. Then select Try Pro for free on the right. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-self-service-signup-for-power-bi#in-service-power-...
