Xero Content Pack not connecting

Hi,

The Xero content pack refresh and adding of new organisations is not working. The credentials have been correctly entered. And I have been retrying over the last couple of days with no success.

 

The refresh error message as follows:

 

Can't refresh your data

The credentials you provided for the data source are invalid. Please check the credentials for all the data sources.

 

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

When adding new organisations... the error message is as follows:

 

Server not found

Tried using alternative browsers with no success.

Any solution?

It seems to be the same issue as this one mentioned in this thread. I've reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 36893443
I'll post here once I get any update about it.

Hi,

 

Same problem here. Got Content Pack, entered nickname, pushed for the authorisation, login in prompt fill out and then unable to find webpage you are looking for. Checked in with XERO and they say problem is not on their end. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem.  I'm somewhat relieved that it is not just me.  I'd appreciate updates when available; or to know when fixed.

You can use Chrome as mitigation and this issue should can be fixed on 5/10/2017. Please check it later.

Just tried this again at 4:29 Mountain Time 5/10/2017. Still isn't working, tried both Firefox and Chrome.
