Windows 10 PowerBI App cant see SSRS PowerBI Reports

64 bit Windows 10 Pro Version: 1607 : 14393.1198

PowerBI App Version: 3217.30601.1169.0

SSRS PowerBI : 14.0.600.286 (June 2017)

 

using the same user account

 

When using the app on a Windows 10 laptop the locally hosted powerbi reports are not visible.

I can see KPI and Mobile reports but not PowerBI.

Conenctions to the Online reports held in cloud appear fine

I have access to an iPad and iPhone and both are able to view the locally hosted reports without issue.

Access from a web browser is fine.

 

any ideas?

I have the exact same problem. The Power BI reports were created with the March 2019 PBIRS Desktop and the latest Power BI Windows app.  Can see the On-Prem Power BI reports in the Wep Portal and on the iPhone.
