Unexpected Error launching Power BI Desktop

Hi!

I get the attached error message when trying to launch Power BI Desktop. I've been using it over the last weeks with no problems.

Uninstalled/installed already and the problem persists. Already tried to Send a Frown but that option isn't working.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

@elttec@mendoca From your detail error message, I found the OS which has Power BI desktop ran is Windows NT. While supported OS to run desktop are Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2, or later. So in your scenario, please make sure the machine run the desktop meet the requirements: Minimum requirements.

Best Regards,

@v-qiuyu-msft I'm running windows 10, Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.15063.0 (x64 pt-PT)  Not wWndows NT! The internal version of windows 10 still includes de NT designation, propably because it derived from windows NT...

The problem still occurs.
