Unable to use Stored Procedures with DirectQuery (bug in Power BI Desktop)

When calling Stored Procedures in a SQL Server database in Power BI Desktop (latest version), we get ab error "This query contins transformations that can't be used for a live connection"

Hi @caioproiete,

Based on my research, calling stored procedure is not supported in the DirectQuery mode.

In your scenario, you may have done some transform steps in Query Editor which is not supported in DirectQuery then the error occurs.

very frustrated power bi not support execute sp from direct query.
