Unable to susbcribe for ArcGIS esri plus

Hi,

 

I am trying to subscribe for the ArcGIS plus in Power BI desktop and I am using Version : 2.53.4954.621( december 2017). But after entering credentials the window is automaticallay closing and still asking to signin in Power Bi desktop.

 

I have tried with my ArcGis online account also but no use.

 

Please help me...

Hi @praveenpearl,

 

According to this documentation, the ArcGIS online account isn't supported yet. 

1. Please upgrade the Desktop to the version January 2018.

2. Did you subscribe the ArcGIS maps for Power BI Plus Subscription?

 

Do you mean the "Sign up" and "Sign in" are still there after login? Yes, this could be more clear. As we can see from the bottom right corner, there is a message about account.

Hi @@v-jiascu-msf,

 

Thank you for the reply. I have installed Power BI desktop January 2018 version and tried to login but still I'm getting the below error.

As you asked in the above post,  "Sign up" and "Sign in" are still there after login?  yes, I could see Sign up and Sign in after login

 

Kindly let me know if there is any other alternative for this.
