Unable to reorder rows in new matrix visual

When i click the arrow on the row headers to reorder them in the new visual it does not work, I have to revert back to the old style to acheive this.

I cannot repro your issue on my side. Please refer to following gif and let me know if there is any difference between our repro steps.

The error seems to be where there are multiple levels.
