Unable to login into power bi power bi personal Gateway-Example XYZ.com isn't in our syste

Please suggest the solution how would i login into power bi personal gatways,

I can login with same user id in power bi desktop and power bi services and enterprise gatway, but unable to login into personal gatway, its showing this user id isnt in our system.

Solution for this error is highly appreciable.

I cannot repro the same issue as you on my side. Are you using the latest version 1.13.6044.1 of personal gateway?

If you are using the latest version but issue still persists, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
