Unable to export reports to PowerPoint

Using PowerBI online, i'm unable to export project management reports to powerpoint, it keeps loading then nothing happens

There are some limitations. Please check them out referring to service-publish-to-powerpoint#limitations. If the limitations aren't the cause, I would suggest you file a support ticket here.
