URL querystring filtering not working when trigered from Excel or Word

Hi, 

I have a URL that point to a report with some querystring parameters in the filter. The URL and filter is working fine when used directly with IE, Chrome, Outlook, etc. But when I incorporate the URL in an excel spreadsheet or word doc, the filtering is lost when the report is displayed.

Anyone had that problem and what may cause the lost of the filter when clicked from Excel ?
Tried with URL encoding and not without success.

Ex:

ReportURL?filter=tableName/columnName eq 'value'

I have the same problem when triggered in Excel or Word.

It works great from Outlook or if I copy the link

I can reproduce the issue on my side. And already reported internally: CRI 52195344. Will update here once get any information.
