URGENT - Locations not showing up on maps after Feb 2018 update

My previously published reports which contain maps are showing up without any locations plotted both on desktop as well as service. 

After updating to the latest version (2.55.5010.641), few of the maps with hierarchy data (state-city-zipcode) are showing up the state data, but on drilling down to city level, no locations are plotted.

I can't reproduce it. Can you share your file?
