Hi

I have this error coming up. I have just added an additional column on to the spreadsheet source. It works on desktop but when refreshing or schedule refresh, it fails giving this error. I have tried re-entering the credentials etc but it just keeps failing. How do I re-install the personal gateway/.

How about re-publish the report from desktop to service?

To check whether the issue is related to on-premise data gateway, please try to use the on-premise data gateway to connect to data source instead.
