Surface Pro 4 Pen Issue - An error occurred while rendering the report

Repeatable error on Surface Pro 4 i7

Occurred on Jan update and remains

Ocurrs on old files or new empty file before data even loaded

Error flags as soon as I use my Surface pro pen to select from visualizations

No pen used no error? Works ok with mouse or finger?
