Report can't connect, but the gateway is online with direct query

I built a Dashboard in PowerBi desktop using direct query on a database in SQL Server 2012. There was no problem in working it locally, the indicators are updated correctly. Later I published it in a work area in powerbi, installed the local gateway in the server where the database exists (where I used powerbi desktop) and later the configuration with the server data as shown in "image 1 and 2 "below indicating that it is properly connected. However, when you see the indicators in power, they indicate that you can not read the origin of the data, since they are not allowed, image 3, that I must choose another, the gateway and click on this error, the power which indicates that it is connected correctly, image 4.image (1).png

Hi @Anonymous,

Please mask your private information like emails, IDs.

Did you update the credential in the settings? You can set up the data source. I think the on-premises gateway has enough permission.

New CSV Source Added in Manage Gateway but can t schedule refresh

Best Regards,

Dale
