Report Usage Metrics not updating

No results for Report Usage Metrics since Jan 19 for any of our PBI reports (as at 09 Feb 2018 at 08:45 Australian Eastern Standard Time). This issue was reported in the Awareness section on the PBI support page yesterday, but it is no longer beng reported there, but the issue remains.
