Hello everyone, I'm currently experiencing a problem accessing my reports with a specific user.

Explaining:
All my datasets are in user group "A", in this group of users I have created a data package with some dashboards and reports to share to other groups.
Until then, no problem.
The problem occurs that when accessing the group 'B' that contains 3 users and 2 are admin, this non-admin user ends up not being able to see the graphs, generating the error mentioned above.
Searching the community I found this ticket as solved, HOWEVER, I do not see this as a solution but clearly a Power BI error.
If I do not want my user to control access rule, why should I create an empty and additional one? This is ridiculous.
I hope you evaluate this ticket, I really try to contribute to seeing a better Power BI, but every day I find many errors in my clients and this is discouraging me to work with it
