PowerBI SignUp issue

 

While we try to create an account in PowerBI using a group email id, I got an error as follows

 

"Sorry, That didn't Work,

there's a Problem from our end, We are working on it, So try again"

When we try to create the account using another id, Which is working fine or us.

The issue is for  one group email id only

 

 

Can you please help us to resolve the issue

Do you mean that you can use another group email id to sign up the Power BI account except this one?

As far as I know, we need to use a work, or school, email address to sign up. Based on my test, group email id seems to be not supported. Power BI will send a verification code to the group email address, but I cannot receive it in any group members mail box.

I created an email group in Office 365. I used this emailID to sign up in PowerBI. When I enter the verification code, it gives me the error message. -

 

"Sorry, That didn't Work,

there's a Problem from our end, We are working on it, So try again"

 

So, I used another email group ID which I created from our local domain. This works.

Could you please help?
