PowerBI Desktop fails to start

Recently power bi desktop (latest version) stoped being able to start. Sometimes I get just simple dialog box with descripotion: "A connection cannot be made. Ensure that the server is running.".

And sometimes more detailed error (below).

I am also having the same problem, since I updated to latest March  2018 version. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times in two different machines, but it did not worked. Please help.

I still have the issue after running the command posted here.  When I run the command, it says "Reset not needed.  Already running inbox binaries."

 

This is super-frustrating.  I just need to make a quick change to a report, but have lost most of a day trying to figure this out.  Uninstall / Reinstall / End Task, try again.  Run as admin, End Task, try again...

 

How can I get support?  I'm not an admin on my tenant....
