Power BI will not allow us to sign in or access published reports

For the last 2 weeks, our organization to log into Power BI. 

When on the Power BI website or our Office 365 site, when you select Power BI sign in, the log in never loads and times out waitin on Power BI as "This page can’t be displayed" refering to https://app.powerbi.com  

Also, the one published report we have on the web also times out and refuses to load

We have verified that the issue is on Microsoft's end and not ours, but this is a huge problem as we are considering investing in Premium Capacity and its hard to justify a purchase on a platform that is not functioning.

Does anyone else have this problem and any solutions?

That could be a big issue if the main portal is down. It's fine here.

1. The URL you posted is bad. Actually it is: https://app.powerbi.com%20/.

2. Did you try to enter the address by hand?  https://app.powerbi.com

3. Does your firewall block the connection to power bi?

4. Could you share some snapshots please?

Here is what we are seeing, I have checked with IT and it is not a firewall issue, something on Power BI's end that is timing out when loading.  Here are the screen shots and also the links at the top of the page for each.

Hi @ehamrick,

Firstly, I would suggest using Edge or Chrome instead. 

Secondly, if you still want to use IE, please turn on TLS as the picture shows. It's more secure than SSL. Please refer to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_Layer_Security.
