Power BI refresh schedule getting failed continously

I am getting an error continously for each and every refresh cycles. Error as mentioned "The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error" I did not do any chnages to my dashboards still i am getting this error. Is this a known issue or is it something uniquely i face. Please advice.

A few questions.

1. Did all the dataset have such issue?

2. What kind of refresh? Manual refresh or scheduled refresh?

3. Where did you get this error message?

4. Did you have the latest data gateway?

Not all datasets have this issue.

Fail both manual and scheduled refresh

3. Where did you get this error message?

 Gateway version : 14.16.6464.1

I am receiving the same error for both manual and scheduled refreshes. All the data is coming from the web and does not require a gateway. The dataset did not have any issues refreshing until March 22, 2018.

 

Any update on the resolution for this issue @v-jiascu-msft?

Hi All,

 

I am receiving the same error for both manual and scheduled refreshes. All the data is coming from a gateway. The dataset did not have any issues in refreshing until March 22, 2018.

Only one dataset refreshing is getting fail. Remaining dataset in same gateway working/refreshing smoothly. 

After March 22, 2018, that dataset was not refreshed.
