Performance very low with custom visuals

Hi,

We are experiencing a very slow performance in browser when using custom visuals (Synoptic Panel). A report which takes 8 seconds to load in desktop and mobile app takes 30 seconds or more to load in browser. Its not possible for us to enforce usage of the mobile app for alle the users.
