Performance of Service

I frequently have serious performance issues with Power BI Service - and it is not the models or reports - it won't even let me into the main page... performance is so bad it is like I'm not connected to the internet,,

And unfortunately, this happens too frequently for it to be a minimal impact - several times a week ... it's like we are locked out of Power BI Service based on it is so bogged down.

I would love some help, advice, or just a comforting "it's going to be ok" from someone... anyone.

I guess this issue is related to your Power BI service cluster. I would suggest you contact Microsoft engineer for help.
