Numeric Range Slicer: Entering negative decimal values not working

Hi,

I've encountered an issue with the numeric range slicer:

If you have negative decimal values in your data, attempting to enter a value in the text box will go to 0 instead of the entered value. If the data is formatted as percentage entering a value in the text box will go to 100 times that value (e.g. -0.1 will return -1,000% instead of -10%)

To reproduce this issue, create a table containing -0.2, -0.1, 0, 0.1, 0.2, create a numeric slicer and enter -0.1 or 0.1 in the text box.

Then change the data format to percentage and enter -0.1 or 0.1 in the text box.

Hi @ChristianW,

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. Which Power BI desktop version do you run? Would you please update to the latest version as ours then test again?

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft,

I'm already using the latest version of PowerBI Desktop.

After some testing I switched my Windows 10 regional and language settings to English and the issue no longer occurred.

These were my settings when I found the issue:

- Windows 10 regional/language settings: German

- PowerBI desktop regional settings: English

- Current File Locale for Import: English

Best Regards,

ChristianW

Hi @ChristianW,

The workaround is if you press TAB. The issue happens only if you press ENTER.
