THE PROBLEM
Municipalities are located incorrect in ArcGIS for Power BI:
1) Some municipalities are one on the top of other:

2) "Vilniaus m. sav." municipality has incorrect place:

For location please use the field "Savivaldybe".
Location Type = Boundaries

What exactly should be municipalities names to locate them correctly? We tried different names but it did not help.

It seems to be a ESRI issue, but I get different result on my side. Could you please check it again to see if same location problems are still reproducible?
