Maps not being plotted online after Publishing

since a recent update it appears our online maps are not functioning, although they work in Desktop

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

My map visuals are functioning well in Power BI Service. Could you please provide some sample data to repro this issue? If possible, it is better to share your PBIX file through online file service like OneDrive to me.

Yeah I have the same problem. When I use desktop the data points are correctly shown in the "map" visual, but when I publish it online the data points are not shown correctly.

mine started working again, with no changes being made, so suspect a temporary issue somewhere

We are having the same issue. Works great in Desktop, map points do not appear after being published to powerbi.com.  I am using the most recent desktop app too.
