Manage Permissions of Dataset retains removed users in Content pack

Re-produce steps:

• Create Content pack
• Add a user to this content pack to see dashboard, report and datasets
• Get this content pack with this user
• With shared content pact user, Right click in dataset name, choose Manage Permissions
• This user should see his email name in permission list
• As Owner of content pack, go to edit content pack, remove user
• Go to Manage permissions of dataset, the permission list still keeps this user in list even though this user could not see datasets as expected.
