I am trying to map locations using longitude/latitude, but I get a blank map with an error message saying that my data contains values outside the accepted range (-90/+90 for latitude, -180/+180 for longitude). I have mapped this same data before in a different report and had no issues. Just to be sure, I dragged the longitude/latitude fields into a table and sorted ascending/descending and everything falls within the accepted range (all locations are within the US). Not sure why I would get the error message if the data meets the criteria. Has anyone else had this issue and/or found a workaround? I can use zip code or street address, but longitude/latitude is more accurate.
