Live connection stop working after a while

I'm using a desktop file with a live connection and while I'm using it, suddenly all visuals stop working. For some reason I'm not signed anymore (top right of the window).

To solve the issue I've to manually refresh and repeat the login.

 

This behavior started from last update (I don't know if February or January), in the past I've never had this issue.

 

I opened a ticket and MS support suppose this is a security measure.

Hi @marcodea,

 

Did you connect live to SSAS data source? I have tested in the Power BI latest version version: 2.55.5010.641 64-bit (February 2018) with live connection to SSAS cube, all visuals still keep working. 

 

In your scenario, please update the desktop to the same version as ours. Also please start the SQL Profile to monitor trace assume it's SSAS data source.

Hi  @v-qiuyu-msft I'm not using SQL but a Power BI live data source.
