Issue when dowload report

I have an issue when i try to dowload a report from power BI Online.

I use the TimeLine Slicer visual and a custom visual of mine, is it related ?

Hi @FR5702,

I'm able to download the report which contains Timeline slicer visual as pbix file. 

Does the issue occurs to this specific report or all other reports?

Hi Qiuyun Yu,

It was only this report.

I found the issue, it was a related-name issue. My custom visual name had an "é" in its display name and internal name.

I replace the "é" by "e" and it's working !
