Group Creation Error

Dear PowerBI community,

 

I am currently encountering issues on creating a group on powerbi

 

For your information, I am Pro (trial license).

 

Here is the error message when I try to create the group:

I have the same issue. I thought it was because I was creating the group with a mix of members who have PRO license and basic (trial) versions. However, I get the same error even with one colleague who also has a PRO version like I do.

Thank you for your feedback Marcoselias. We can now create a "groupe action" for support !

 

Any solution around here ?

Could you please contact the O365 admin in your company to see if they prevent users from creating groups in O365?

And one user can create up to 250 groups, make sure you haven’t exceeded it.
