Gateway timeout issue

Hi Experts,

Can some please help us with the following issue that started happening after upgading to the latest version of gateway

(14.16.6524.1). powerBI users get the follwoing error when they open the dashboards intermittently. 

Also the performace on the cubes has worsened. either they work brilliantly or they are abolutely crap taking forever to load.

Any help or insights on this weould be hugely appreciated

As the issue occurs intermittently and I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support. Thanks.

We are curretly experiencing some issues with logging a ticket with Microsoft. 

Below is the error i see in the gateway logs when this issue occurs. Can you please take a look and let me know if this is a known issue and a solution if there is any?
