Extremely slow loading of Power BI reports

Power BI is currently using a huge amount of time to update reports, manage security etc.

 

The health status says, that everything is ok - but why is the slow loading not adressed? https://ideas.powerbi.com/knowledgebase/articles/668836-power-bi-service-health-status

 

This seems to reoccur more frequently - maybe it is time to look into server capacity?

 

My data is located in Europe.

I am experiencing the same issues in the past week.  When I try to create a support ticket it is a loop just like the video posted above.  I go as far as I can then it requires me to login....once I login I am routed back to my dashboard.  Then I click on help, try to enter my issue, login and I am routed back to my dashboard.  I am stuck in a loop becuase of our company's single sign-on feature.
