External Tenant cannot export report to power point

A report that has one page can be exported to power point by users within the domain easily . External users are unable to export. The in progress message box keeps spinning and nothing happens . User stopped after 30 mins. I have opened a ticket with support

I can repro the same issue as you. And this issue has already been reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 40918922
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.
