Export from visual using filenames that are too long

If you've got a visualisation with the default title and plenty of tooltips, when you click export it saves a file with name that is too long for Excel to open and Excel gives the error: We couldn't open that file. Rename the file to use a shorter name....etc. 

I know I could rename the file in my downloads folder before I open it but it's a needless step. I know I could also use a custom vis title but then it doesn't reflect what's being shown when drilled down (another bugbear) The filename should either truncate at a set character limit or just use 'data' like desktop does.
