Export Data Sampling & Warning Message

This is an issue we're encountering with large datasets, where data cannot be exported in it's entirety from a table or matrix and is sampled for larger over 30k row limit. We're wanting to address two items.

1. Can a warning message be setup in the Power BI Service to warn users that exporting data over 30k rows will be sampled?
   1. This is not currently setup in the service.
2. Can the row limit be increased or set based on user preference?

Right now our user group feels they're being misled because they don't know until they open the workbook and view the results that it's incomplete. A warning message enhancement would help. Better yet, allowing all the data to be exported would be the ideal function.

From this article: 

• The maximum number of rows that can be exported from Power BI Desktop and Power BI service to .csv is 30,000.
• The maximum number of rows that can be exported to .xlsx is 150,000.

You try export to Excel in Power Bi service instead. Also you can submit a idea here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas

Hi Team,

Thanks for the update. The only thing here from a user experience perspective that is missing is some sort of message that when exporting data it doesn't warn you that things are being sampled in the service. Can this be updated?
