Errors with Troux Content Pack

I am unable to load the Troux Content pack into my PowerBI.  I consistently get error messages.  I am wondering if it is because I have a wrong oauth token code cached in powerbi.  How do I start from scratch?  This is the error I get.  Any suggestions would be appreicated.

Hi @greg_cecchini,

 

You can clear the browser cache then it will prompt you to enter credential again when you connect to Troux content pack. 

 

If issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.
