Email subscriptions

I'm getting no images from the images in the body email, just a gray background

Has anyone had this problem or could you help me?

Hi @royal1cargo,

This is a known issue (Customes getting blank screenshot of the dashboards in subscription emails) which is fixed on 6/21. 

I would suggest you refresh the dataset to get subscribe email again to see if the issue is till here.
