Edit greyed out for work space members

Hi,

I have come accoss an issue for users in the past three days where members of workspaces, where the workspcae setting are set to enable members to edit reports, are unable to edit reports. The edit button is grayed out. In one instance changing that member to an admin worked for a while, after a time this stoped working. It does not affect all memebers or admins, and it is affecting multiple workspaces.

Hi @southdivy,

I can't think out any possible causes. Maybe the users access the Apps through different portals, which give users different privileges. Please have look at the snapshots below. Is this the scenario?

Cheers for the reply.

I did have a look to make sure they where entering the report from the correct workspace area (rather than an app) and that didn't solve the problem so it must be something else.
