Dataset update error: Not enough memory available to complete the operation

Today, when I refreshed my dataset using a data gateway, I got this error:

Memoria.PNG

It's the first time I got such error, could it be possible to auto-restart the update in case of errors?

If I hadn't took a look, my coworkers wouldn't have any datas till the next scheduled update.

Thanks

@Blame73

Can you always get this error message in next refreshes? If yes, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).

It is not supported to auto-restart the update, but you'll receive a notification email about the refresh failure.

Best Regards,
Herbert

 Hi, I am having the same issue

@Blame73 I was wondering if you got an answer from Microsoft

Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes, when the error occurs I keep getting it in next refreshes.

Also, I'm now even geting an "Uncompressed data limits for refresh" error (I got a Pro account, and the size of the dataset is almost identical as when I didn't get the error); I started getting this message together with the MS Premium account announcements (...).

I hope we won't have to tell our costumers what they paid for will no longer work and that they have to pay a lot more to make it work again...
