Data not showing up in Report Usage Metrics

Hi, 

I have a report which doesnt sshow any usage stats. Users have confirmed they are definitely using the report and it has been up and runing for nearly a week (aware it can take 24 hours for results to show). But the usage report is not showing any views or users. 

I have other reports which are showing usage stats fine. 

Any idea why this one report doesnt show any stats / how I can get it to work?

Hi @Rebecca,

1. There is a known issue happens to report usage from 1/19 to 2/7. Please let admin go to audit log, verify if report is accessed on other periods. See in this page:

Thank you for your reply. 

However, I am not sure this explains the problem. The report was shared with approx 20 users on 14th Feb 2018, outside of the timeframe stated above. But there is still no usage stats showing at all.

Is there a way I can resolve this problem?
