Data Refresh Issue

hello, 

 

I am trying to use the scehduled refresh in power bi web and it throws the error as given in the picture. I am trying to connect to a sharepoint. 

 

Let me know what needs to be done.

Hi @prabhupan,

 

I found the same ICM reported: CRI 30822651. It's closed with By Design. One workaround is to disable MFA for the user in question.

Hi @prabhupan,

 

The CRI 30822651 is reported internally and it's available for external users.

 

Here are some explanation from PG,

 

“This is the AAD issue for which we need to use a confidential client. Product work (which has already started) is required to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, one workaround is to disable MFA for the user in question.

 

This requires a DCR (Design Change Request) with no ETA at this moment”
