Hello Everyone, I have an issue

I tried to install an on-premises data gateway but I received this message:

"no address have been provided 51.140.167.3:443

   at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndConnect(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

   at System.Net.ServicePoint.ConnectSocketInternal(Boolean connectFailure, Socket s4, Socket s6, Socket& socket, IPAddress& address, ConnectSocketState state, IAsyncResult asyncResult, Exception& exception)"

Do you know what could cause the issue?

Hi @hermanmaier,

Please make sure the downloaded data gateway is the latest version, you can get from here.

As the issue occurs during the installation, please share the installer logs located at %localappdata%\Temp\On-premises_data_gateway_*.log.

Actually, I have several of those files :

1. On-premises_data_gateway_20170227100351.log
2. On-premises_data_gateway_20170224171004.log
3. On-premises_data_gateway_2017022417004_000_EgwComponents.msi.log
4. On-premises_data_gateway_20170224170850.log
5. On-premises_data_gateway_20170224165323.log

Those text files are quite long, so I didn't copy the content
