Data Bars in Conditional Formatting

Hi,

I have tested the new conditional formatting - data bars... the data bars for the positive values are always drawn from zero (from the axis), regardless setting the numeric minimum value or use of lower value, see figure below...
Minimum has an effect on visualization only for negative values and maximum for positive values ... I do not know if it was the intention ...
In my example, I would like to use a bar in the range of 15 - 19, as allowed by MS Excel... Is / will be this possible?

This issue has been fixed in Aug 2017 version of PBI Desktop based on my test.
