Dashboard & Report Refresh Issues

Good Morning,

Since Thursday (4/13) we have been experiencing tile refresh errors on all our dashboards. Also, when you drill down into some of the reports the data doesn't update until the user filters the report. Typically the dashboards and reports update without any issues. We are using power bi service in the north central region. In addition, some of the dashboards are displaying this error, "The dashboard tile didn't load in time". Anyone else experiencing this?

I just tested on my side but cannot repro the same issue as you.

In dashboard, can you get the visuals updated by clicking "Refresh dashboard tiles" manually after dataset is updated successfully? To enhance performance, dashboard tiles are cached and periodically refreshed. The dashboard tiles (Not dashboard live page) should can be refreshed automatcially about every 15 minutes (most frequently).
