Dashboard Tile Content Can't Load

Hi,

 

When I open the dashboard I get prompt with this errors in only some of the tiles. After repinning the same tile from the report the error disappears. However, after a few hours the same error in the same tiles reappears. I send some snapshots of the error in question. Can you give us an ETA on this matter?

I noticed that similar issue was reported to Power BI Team. The mitigations are as below.

  1. Assign more resources to the DirectQuery data source so it can process queries faster.
  2. Optimize the DirectQuery data source, e.g. perhaps adding appropriate indexes, so that it can process queries faster.
  3. Reduce the number of tiles that need to be refreshed during the data refresh process.

 

You can also try following steps.

  • Rename the PBIX you are using today
  • On the new one reduce the number of pages and tiles to a subset
  • Publish this new PBIX
  • Pin the same failure tiles to a new dashboard.
