Dashboard Share no email being received

Power BI Pro Service License;

using the Dashboard Share feature: when sending to external users - all seems okay from the sending point of view - but repeated tests show that some domains never recieve any email invitation, others work fine.

I've done all the basics of checking local spam folders.  The only commonality so far is both email domains that do not work is that they are Network Solutions hosted....... 

Am at a loss on how to trouble shoot this.

If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here to help others who have the same problem.
