Cash Refresh Getting Failed

Hi Team,

We are seeing one warning symbol in the dataset sheduled refresh secion, even though this report using direct query. There is no sheduled refresh as such. but "Scheduled Cash Refresh" which helps to improve the performance getting failed that's the reason in the dataset section warning symbol is present. But the reports always shows the latest data and it's working fine. we are worried about this warning symbol in dateset section and "sechduled cash refresh failure notice" please advice how to resolve this issue or is it sometingh need attention from power bi team to fix this issue. Thanks

What is the details if you click Show in the Details column?

The schedule cache refresh option is always there for the DirectQuery/Live connection, it should not be related to the refresh failure. Please refer to this document.

If the report and dashboard are actually refreshed successfully, but you keep getting refresh failure message, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
