Card showing blank on service?

Hello,

 

The card visual is showing blank on service, but not in desktop.  I have updated the data in desktop so it is up to date and should match. 

 

Any ideas?

 

I first noticed this issue today, it was working previously.

Hi @Michael1,

 

Please check if the issue happens to this one specific report or all other reports. 

 

When you open the report in Power BI service, please click on Refresh button to see if the card visual display data.

Thank you for your reply.  The card visual started working again on Monday morning.
